Research poster design exhibition aims to present the novel work of undergraduate, master, and PhD students. They can also participate in the AI challenge to test their AI skills. The winners of the AI challenge would also be invited to present their solution in the poster. Moreover, it will offer an opportunity for academic and industrial attendees to interact and explore collaborations.

Rules of Competition/Event:

You are eligible to register and compete in this contest only if you meet all the following requirements:

• You are an individual or a team of people willing to contribute to the AI challenge.
• You are not an ITEC challenge organizer.
• You are not involved in any part of the administration and execution of this exhibition.
• You are not a first-degree relative, partner, or household member of the ITEC organizer or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this exhibition.

Number of participants per team:  From one to four or maybe more members depending upon their work.

Number of target registrations:  Maximum 200.

Fee per team:  2000 Rs.

Total budget required:

Only hanging stands are required to display the poster.

Time of event on May 23rd / 24th:

May 23rd, whole day.
